The Caeruleum Club has made our first club donation of £333.34 to Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue (HWAR). ?

HWAR have been hugely affected by the Covid-19 lockdown, overnight they have seen their main source of income – their shops – dry up as they have been forced to close their doors. With many animals in their care our hearts went out to them and as such we acted swiftly to provide some much needed help.

The founder of HWAR, Carol Smith emailed to say:

“Thank you all so much, we are very very grateful for your support it means a lot. The dogs are all safe and well thanks to people like you giving us the means to carry on, again our grateful thanks to you and your fellow members”

As Chairman, I am extremely proud that within just a couple of months of launching, we are already making a difference within our local community.

We have two more donations currently planned, which will take our total to a hair over £1,000 – which I feel is an incredible achievement that every member within the club should be proud of!

Keep up the excellent work and spirits, Brethren.
